Audiobook release! Imagine Your Life Like This, stories

Happy summer to all who celebrate! 

Very excited to share that the audiobook version of my story collection, Imagine Your Life Like This, will be released on June 30.

Published by University of Wisconsin Press in 2023, Imagine Your Life Like This was shortlisted for the 2024 Indiana Authors Award for Fiction and honored by the Wisconsin Library Association with an Outstanding Achievement Award for Fiction.

Now that we're sweatily ensconced in summer reading season, thanks to Little Old Lady Comedy for publishing my list, "Top 20 Putdownable and, In Fact, Unpublishable, Beach Reads." My friend Teri suggests Miranda Hart to narrate "Talking Knife" and "Manspreaders." I joked with my musician friend Jon that he could write a song inspired by "Crotch Rot," though he is plenty busy writing other excellent music. Who should narrate "Influential Indiana Influencers Influencing Indiana"? I welcome your suggestions. I nominate Barney T. Haney, my longtime pal from our wayback MFA days, whose own award-winning fiction and readings are outstanding.
